The Innovator Founder route is for people establishing a business in the UK. It requires endorsement from an approved body, which assesses whether the business is innovative, viable and scalable, and whether you are the person to deliver it.
Applications fail more often on the business case than on the applicant. An idea that is sound commercially may still not meet the endorsement criteria as written, and the criteria are what the endorsing body applies.
The route also raises questions founders rarely ask early: what happens if the business changes direction, and how the route interacts with settlement timing.

Does this route lead to settlement?
