What we have done
This website has been built with semantic HTML structure, a logical heading hierarchy, descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, keyboard-operable navigation and links, colour contrast intended to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA for body text and interface elements, text that reflows without loss of content down to small screen widths, and layout that does not depend on colour alone to convey meaning.
Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the standard.
This statement is based on our own review of the site as built, on 26 August 2026. It has not been assessed by an independent third party. We keep it under review and will update it if the site changes or if a formal audit is carried out.
Known limitations
Parts of this site rely on third-party services that we do not control, including our consultation booking provider and our enquiry forms. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of those embedded services.
Where an embedded service is a barrier for you, we will always accept an enquiry or a booking request by telephone or email instead, and will not treat you any differently for doing so.
