MichelleBelle Immigration & Compliance Solutions is a specialist UK immigration and sponsor compliance practice, established in 2008 and regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority.
The practice
MichelleBelle was established in 2008 and has practised through successive changes to the UK immigration system, including the introduction and replacement of the tiered points-based routes and the sponsorship regime that governs employers today. Rules change; the questions clients bring rarely do.
The practice works across two areas that most advisers keep apart. On the corporate side we advise employers on sponsor licensing, compliance systems and the duties that continue long after a licence is granted. On the private side we advise individuals and families on route decisions, settlement and matters that have become complicated.
Holding both perspectives is deliberate. It is what allows us to tell a sponsored worker what their employer’s position means for them, and an employer what their decisions mean for the people they sponsor.

The MichelleBelle Immigration Practice Team
The practice team is made up of IAA-regulated immigration advisers and experienced immigration trainers, supported by professionals working across immigration casework, sponsor compliance, training and client support.
Clients instruct and are advised by MichelleBelle as a regulated practice, not by an individual adviser acting alone. Work is supervised within the practice, and matters can be covered without a client having to start again with someone new.
Immigration advice in the UK may only be given by those authorised to give it. Every adviser working on client matters at MichelleBelle is regulated accordingly, and works within the level of authorisation held.
